ABOUT ME:
Having always suffered from serious back and neck injuries, I found in Yoga the ultimate remedy and healing practices. Since then, my love and interest in Yoga kept growing stronger, and I soon after became an instructor in the hopes of helping as many students as possible.
I am specialized in Hatha, Gentle, Flow, Power, Swing, Vinyasa , Breathing Yoga, Color Therapy, Acupressure and Sound Healing.
As I found that Yoga and Pilates go hand-in-hand and complement each other to improve flexibility and strength, this pushed me to also specialize in Pilates Mat.
WHY I LOVE MY JOB:
I have always loved being a Yoga and Pilates instructor; but the real pleasure is to be able to practice my passion at Motion Fitness. Firstly, the environment is immensely peaceful and positive, fostering both physical and mental well-being. Additionally, I am lucky to be able to witness the transformative power of yoga and Pilates on our members, seeing them grow stronger, more flexible, and more centered. Above this, what I love most is the sense of community at Motion; with our members and staff sharing a bond over a mutual passion for health and wellness.
